Not a bad vitamin suppliment i cant fault it for what it is, although sadly it didnt agree with me and left me extremely bad stomach craps so i have been forced to swap to another brand. But for those who dont have any side effects use these.

It's difficult to determine what benefit any multi-vitamin tablet has. These were recommended to me because I have some specific health problems which make it difficult for my body to absorb certain minerals etc. I'm feeling well but there could also be other contributory factors. However, I'm continuing to take them as they may well be combining to bring about the improvement. The pharmacist stocks packs of only 30 so it is more convenient to buy these containing 90.
