I'm a workout fan and tend to work out every day for 45-60 minutes. I have also done work as a PT for both men and women. Being a girl, I'm not a massive fan of weights, but they come as a necessity.Either way, resistance-wise and workout-wise, this little thing gave me a good run for my money. It is very durable, not heavy, and provides a good amount of resistance. The handles are comfortable to grip, do not slip easily, the tube is covered with hard-wearing fabric that I find prevents you from overstretching it without having a big impact on the resistance (I.e. doesn't diminish it at all). The doorstop is bulky and the sponge on it good quality as well, easy to slip behind a door for a good workout.Since some changes in personal circumstances, I cannot go to the gym every day and I couldn't afford to buy another set of bulky machines or gym accessories purely because of the space they require. This resistance band has been a life saver! I have used it every day and recommended it to newbies in the workout world who were losing weight or building/maintaining muscle mass but couldn't (or didn't want to) go to the gym for various reasons. It has helped define my arms further, strengthen my shoulders and helps maintaining or correcting posture.If you don't have anyone to show you how to use it and properly work out with it, I do not recommend buying it as you will end up hurting yourself, straining muscles and having little to no effect with it. Do not bank on videos or leaflets to show you proper ways to use it, they can be quite misleading. You can always buy it, go to your local gym and have one of the boys/girls briefly explain to you how to do it and demonstrate perhaps. It is better to do it right than do it for the sake of doing something, the latter will do more harm than good.In a bundle, this is a product I would buy over and over again and will recommend as amazing value for money and exceptional quality to anyone!

I have had this extra strong fitness safety resistance trainer band twice and it has snapped twice and unfortunately I have been injured the second time. I thought it's was a one off the first time but clearly not. This has snapped in less than 2weeks.

Ich bin oft beruflich unterwegs und nicht immer gibt es in den Hotels Fitnessräume, aber mit diesem Band kann ich praktisch trainieren wann und wo ich will. Es ist gut verarbeitet und sieht auch nach mehrfachem Gebrauch noch aus wie neu.

J'ai acheté ce produit qui est solide pour faire un peu d'entretien physique lorsque je suis en vacances.L'avantage est qu'il prend peu de place. Le système permettant de le coincer dans une porte est ingénieux. On peut faire travailler tous les groupes musculaires.Mon erreur est que j'ai opté pour la résistance max, qui est un peu trop forte pour moi.

L'élastique est parfait pour faire de l'exercice. Vous pouvez faire varier la résistance en fonction de la longueur.Pour le moment je l'utilise pour les bras et les épaules.J'ai pris la couleur rouge. Je l'ai trouvé un peu dur au début pour les épaules, et finalement c'est parfait.Il y a un petit guide d'exercice bien pratique.Le système d’attache à la porte est bien, mais je ne m'en sers pas.Côté confort et résistance, rien à redire, c'est parfait.Après plusieurs mois d'utilisations on voit bien les résultats.J'ai bien fait de ne pas prendre un modèle moins cher.

Primero de todo decir que el que le ha puesto una estrella es una valoración totalmente desacertada. El producto está muy bien. Si realmente se le ha roto pueden ser por dos cosas:- Una, sentido común, si te pones a tirar como un loco cuando la goma ya no da más de si veo posible que ocurran esas cosas.- Dos, que haya salido defectuosa. En ese caso pides una reposición y listos. Son cosas que pasan.En mi caso compré la 'Fuerte' siguiendo la recomendación de otra opinión de por aquí y tengo que decir que fue muy acertado.Ideal para: Hombro, biceps y tríceps.Para pecho o espalda me cogeré la superior ya que me iría bien un poco más de resistencia.Si eres un tipo normal, la 'Fuerte' creo que es una buena elección. Luego si necesitas más siempre puedes coger una superior.El enganche para puertas es genial. Sufría porque no sabía como iba eso de la puerta y pensé que tal vez la puerta podía sufrir pero para nada, va por dentro, por la zona de las bisagras y es físicamente imposible que arranques la puerta.
