I've taken them for several years now and I like how everything is rolled into one - oil and vitamins.They can leave a strange aftertaste but it soon passes. It's a case of working out which method is best - taking them before or after food..I've found that it affects the brief aftertaste :).Great price on Bolo - especially when I don't want to have to buy multiple tubs at once in order to receive a great price.Sooz :)

Slow delivery via Royal Mail I would have much preferred the delivery to be made via Bolo as they always meet customers needs . Great price for the amount

This is not quite what I was looking for(Omega -3 with multivitamins) but I think it is a good substitute.
