Honestly LOVE LOVE LOVE this gold in a jar.

I bought this as our 4 week old baby had really bad nappy rash and none of the usual creams helped. My husband's aunt in the US recommended this which she's used on their twins. It's brilliant, feels lovely, smells great and our son actually seems to like when we put it on ( he cried when we used others) but it seems like it soothes him when I put it on. His nappy rash is so much better now. I'll keep buying this and stock up when we visit the US too

Second purchase: this not only helps with diaper rash, I also put a little bit in other parts of the body where there are rashes and they are gone by morning. I wish it was cheaper . Will be purchasing again though until not needed anymore

We used successfully it to calm down some bright red cheeks on my second baby's bum... :) very nice balm and would recommend it as an alternative to zinc-based creams. Remember, use in small quantity (thin film on the skin) and change nappies often :)Has many ingredients that are in fact "miracle plants" - means they are really good for the skin, preventing and healing the rushes.Also another tip for happy babies: avoid the wet napkin products, better to use wet warm cotton wool buds to clean or better, clean the bum with warm water in the sink... :)

This is the best nappy balm I’ve used. The balm glides on and provides a lovely barrier without leaving any residue. I only use this once or twice a day if there’s is slight redness and the skin is calm at the next nappy change. I have used this on my son since birth and he is now 6months old. I would highly recommend this!

I love this bottom balm. I have used it on both my kids. It was great when they were tiny and always helped to clear up any rash very quickly. Both my kids have eczema and their skin is very sensitive and I have never had a problem. It also smells amazing! I will continue to buy this until they are done with nappies.

One of the best bottom balm. My little one had rush once and only when I was not using it...was waiting to get another one. The down side to this balm is a large cost for such a small pot, but you don't need much and neither after every nappy change.

I am first time mom, and we have been using earth mama nappy balm since day one. My baby hasn't had a single skin issue, it works perfectly.Some of the jars came with a bit grainy textured balm, but they dissolve once applied.

My son has never had diaper rash... we alternate between this ~ which smells amazing! ~ and dr. Brunners magic balm. I always use this one after stinky business bc I love how it smells! My mom came to visit and was using it daily on her hands! This little tub also goes a long way :)

Utilisé lors de mon premier bébé, c'est miraculeux pour les fasses des petits. J'en m'étais un tout petit peu après chaque change de couche et mon bébé n'a jamais eu de rougeur.Malgré le prix, on utilise une très petite quantité et ça dure très longtemps, alors ça revient pas cher à long terme.
