Very hydrating, I but this on my dry heels before bed and it keeps my feet soft and hydrated like nothing else! Great for dry elbows too! It’s thick so a little greasy.

For some background, Ive suffered with eczema since I was a child. Things work for me for a while, but then my skin decides it hates whatever Im using, so i have to search all over again.After hearing good things about epaderm, I bought the cream. It was good, but I definitely didnt feel like it was quite enough, so I bought a little pot of the ointment to give it a go.The ointment was definitely there, i used it a couple of times a day on my worst flare ups and the bits that were just kinda there.For the ones that weren't as bad, the ointment was brilliant. It cleared up after around 3 days of daily use, which was a big plus! However, for the super bad flare up, I had to use the cream, let that sink in, then put on the ointment, but there was very little change.SO, if you have general eczema, and want it cleared up, absolutely get this! But if you have a bad flare up like me, be aware it may not clear that up. Obviously everyones skin is different and it may work amazing on your flare up!I will definitely purchase again for managing the general eczema, but will look for something else for flare ups :)

After too much hand washing day after day, week after week, month after month all due to the never ending Covid saga, I for the first time in my life suddenly developed dyshidrotic eczema on my hands. They finally grew tired of being battered by harsh drying hand soap and I broke out in sore, itchy rashes that spread all over both hands and my fingers were covered in itchy skin bumps. Anyway a course of steroid cream later and it eventually cleared up but kept reoccurring so I bought this Epaderm cream to try and prevent any more flare ups. It has worked a treat as after applying this daily for a few days the eczema stopped coming back without any need for steroid cream! I'm now only using the epaderm once every 2 days and my hands are remaining clear, soft and we'll moisturised as long as I stay away from hand soap or sanitiser which in my case has done me more harm than good. I highly recommend this ointment!

Wenn ich einen Excem Schub habe, dann trocknet alles au und ich kann fast nichts mehr anfassen. Die Epaderm hilft super. Unbedingt mit Wasser zusammen verwenden.

Muy hidratante, me alivia mucho en mis ezcemas de los pies por la psoriasis, así que estoy encantada. Además que se extiende muy bien y tarda en absorver que es lo que me gusta, así la piel permanece más tiempo suave e hidratada.
