This was a SIM for my elderly mother and her new mobile .it was easy to install and top up works perfectly.unable to take a picture because it's in her phone . Would recommend.

The web-page initial top-up failed, the web-page gave a garbage error message (ie not an explanation for the problem but just a generic "something has gone wrong") so I called customer service (but you can't use the 4-digit short dial number as "You have no credit!") who setup a conference call so I could do the top-up over the phone, this didn't work either. As the CS rep was so unhelpful I spoke to a manager who said the errors were logged as "Unspecified Business Rule", but couldn't say what it was and couldn't/wouldn't do anything to put some credit on the phone. A form was filled-in to send to the back-office with them to call me within 7 days with an explanation. Afterwards I tried a different card on the web, same problem. Of course I never heard anything, and meanwhile I used a paper top-up. The bank confirmed that both of the cards I tried were not showing any debit attempt by O2, so it was certainly their problem.And at the same time I was sorting out a "Transfer of Ownership" for a pay-monthly number in my name but used by a family member to their own account also with O2. Due to CS ineptitude (bad training perhaps) and a cut-off call it took three calls to get the process initiated, then the number transfer failed, despite the person who finally processed it saying they would check if there were any problems. So another call was made, and rather than them saying they would get on and fix it, they wanted to restart the whole Transfer of Ownership authority process, luckily a manager was able to circumvent that, and indeed the transfer did go through.But such a waste of mine (and their) time by a company that should be dealing with these issues without such problems.

I had the challenge of purchasing 93 sim cards for a school trip where we didn't want the students (parents) to incur excessive charges for roaming data/calls.Although the majority of retailers can only provide you with 2 sims per customer due to fair usage policy either their own or imposed by the network there are a number of marketplace sellers on Bolo that will provide you with more freely or if you send them an email.On this latest Pay & Go Go Go tarrif the inclusive 75 minutes, 500 texts & 100mb of data for £10 top up each month are doubled after 3 months with additional benefits every 3 months although the maximum number of minutes won't increase over 150 minutes or 500 minutes if you top up with £20 a month.You also get:O2 Rewards: 10% of your top-ups back every 3 months;O2 Tracks: O2 Tracks puts the latest hits from the official Top 40 on your phone.O2 Priority Moments: Find exclusive offers & experiences nationwide.Of the big 5 mobile companies the price plan is competitive with the cheapest voicemail, calls to landlines (after the first 3 minutes) & Picture (MMS).Some local stores charge between £1 to £5 for the sim & force you to buy an airtime voucher at the same time, whilst you can order 2 free sims direct from o2's website, delivery is within 4-5 working days compared to 3 days maximum from the majority of sellers on the Bolo marketplace. I bought this based on the sellers comment that this did not commit you to one of O2's bundles but could be used as a simple payg, paying for calls, sms, and data as required. So long as you top up at least every 6 months it would stay active. I don't thing it's the sellers fault but O2 no longer offer this tariff! You have to commit to at least a £5 per month bundle for calls and sms. This is not clear on the O2 website and is not clear on this item. So if you don't want or need an O2 bundle, choose another carrier!

Linea di Prestigio sul tipo abbonamento x una sim ricaricabile presente molta concorrenza ma non ha i livelli di questo gestore telefonico.

Ho contattato due volte il venditore chiedendogli come fare per ricaricarlo... non mi risponde quindi ho una sim inutilizzata perché non riesco a caricarla da nessuna parte.. ho appena scoperto che l'ho pagato 11 € .. non compratela non è affidabile questo venditore
