I get seasick if the weather is extremely poor offshore, so I purchased these to keep my head clear when sailing. The trick is to put them early, as they are a prevention tool, rather than a remedy for seasickness. These lasted many trips (also flying), but unfortunately started to fall apart (likely due to the odd places they ended up between use); so cannot fault them.I would say this model is more of a large, so if you have very small wrists/hands, I would suggest looking at another model.

The bands are good quality, the pressure point stays in one place and it's easy to apply more pressure. However, I found it hasn't helped me at all for my morning (or rather all day) sickness. The bands fit nice and snug and looking forward to some relief from my sickness. However I am very disappointed to receive blue bands as I thought I had selected black bands as pictured above.

This product didn't make any difference to my morning sickness, I followed the instructions to hold it in the right place but it wasn't effective for me. The size was fine and it was easy to use but I didnt think it was effective.
Great for motion sickness!
These acupressure bands really do work. I experienced motion sickness before on a cruise and had to take Dramamine. I didn’t like the drowsy feeling and wanted something more natural. These worked very well. I wore them the entire 6 days of our cruise only taking them off when I got off the ship. But made that mistake when we had to catch a ferry to another part of the island and immediately started feeling the motion sickness when we were heading back. I put the bands back on and they helped to reduce the motion sickness. After like 4 days or so my wrist did start to itch some and it took a little getting used to when I first put them on, but I would definitely invest in another pair. The size of them looks really small but they have a good amount of stretch to them. It also is recommended to stretch them out some before putting them on. The pressure point and instructions was also easy to find. So you can see the marks after wearing them for 6 days and taking them off once.

mi mama tras una operación tuvo muchas nauesas por la anestesia asi que buscando soluciones encontré estas bandas de seaband que es a base de acupresion dando presión en algún punto para especifico para diferentes malestares en la de las nauseas es en la muñeca le sirvió algo a mi mama y funciona para otras cosas como migrañas y otros malestares incluso lo recomiendan pacientes que llevan tratamientos de quimioterapia y pues los malestares son varios , asi que si recomendaría el producto tomando en cuenta que cada organismo es diferente y puede ayudar en mayor o menor medida y es un producto difícil de encontrar al menos en mexico como en mi caso gracias Bolo
