Drapolene® Cream is used in the prevention, treatment and effective relief of nappy rash in babies, from newborn onwards. Drapolene® Cream can also be used for adults with incontinence. It helps treat and soothe skin that is sore or likely to become sore because of urine on their skin (urinary dermatitis). Drapolene® Cream can also be used to give soothing, effective relief from minor burns, such as mild sunburn and sore skin caused by the effects of weather.

benzalkonium chloride, cetrimide, white soft paraffin and wool fat (purified lanolin), cetyl alcohol, emulsifying wax (containing cetostearyl alcohol), chlorocresol, amaranth (E123), and purified water

Seems to work very well non greasy with no odour , great product .

This cream is fairly economical, unless the lid isn't on properly and could possibly spoil. The plastic lid is a bit difficult to put back on securely, especially for people with difficulties such as arthritis. The cream is quite soothing and nice. It is thinner than Sudocrem, for instance, but needs to be kept upright to avoid spillage, whereas Sudocrem cream has a good lid and is thick enough not to run out usually if tipped up with lid on.

I fully recommend this creamIt's helped my skin now I have to wear a incontinent pad Isometimes get a little sore this cream helps a lotstop soreness before it startsI found it very good value for money. I did find if it is tip upthe cream will run outI make sure that the lids on upright and put back into the bathroom cabinetupright then you'll have no problems

Soaks in well and calms your skin from itching, leaving your skin really soft, a nice light texture cream..It is pink but I can’t understand the fuss some people make about being pink. It does not leave your skin pink once it is soaked in

Since chemo, I’ve become allergic to everything and covered in rashes. Even anti-itch creams sting. This cream has resolved most rashes very quickly. The cream is good. It doesn’t sting. (Even E45 anti-itch cream stings.)However, the container simply doesn’t work. It’s a disaster. The lid won’t stay on the tub and so the contents slide out as it’s a fairly gloopy cream. If you drop the tub - let’s face it that likely with hands covered in cream - the contents are all over the floor. The only mitigating factor in that scenario is that the cream is easy to clean off when in small quantities. The whole jar? Not so much.If you buy this, find a clean screw top jar or a plastic food container or face spending time wiping pink, gloopy cream up from bathroom floors, beds and carpets.

Best Baby cream ever
I have tried using this 7-8 years ago and was amazed. Recently my baby had severe diaper rash due to diarrhea and have tried everything. Searched where i can buy this and found it here in Bolo. The results were unbelievable. I don’t get paid for giving a good review but it really helped my baby. I applied a thin amount on the skin and on the diapers too. Easy to wash off as well. Recommended 101%

The best cream for rashes and irritation
This is far beyond any cream I've used for skin irritation or rashes. It works immediately and protects the skin while it heals. Thankful that Bolo carries this - nothing else helped.

It’s a thick paste. Works as advertised to prevent urine burn. I think it is better than hydro cortisone cream. The cost is cheaper per use. Thee bright pink color is neat.
