I brought nicroette chewing gum as I want to give up smoking. Helps with your cravings and withdrawals, good quality and texture chewing gum. Also value for money too.

Have tried the inhalers before and then moved onto vaping, found vaping was making me short of breath so swapped to nicotine pouches, the gum is a good middle ground between vaping and pouches.Best value I have found for this on Bolo, so much more expensive in the shops!

A good alternative for the times when you cannot spark up a cigarette. The mint taste was nice. The product does have some side affects (cited in the pamphet enclosed with product). For me it irritated my throat so could not use. Which was a shame as I never had cravings when using them. Unlike regular chewing gum, you chew a couple of times then place between gum and cheek.
