Great cessation aid that helped me quit all together. When used with willpower and a reduction discipline this will be the thing to finally help you quit.I vaped for months prior gradually reducing nicotine amount and frequency. I felt the physical aspect of the addiction needed to be addressed first before finally going nicotine free as I didn't want to pile on the pounds by substitute the hand-to-mouth action with food. So I chose these-and they worked!I went from 2mg to 1mg after about 4 weeks and then after about a month of 1mg I dropped all nicotine with relative ease.It's important to note that these are a quitting aid and not a nicotine substitute, it is easily done to replace your cigarette habit with a long term lozenge habit if you don't have a plan in place so please be aware of this when you set out and have a goal in mind to quitting eventually.
