Aloclair PLUS can help relieve pain caused by irritation of the mouth such as mouth sores, etc.. Aloclair PLUS can form a protective layer over the wound that occurred in the oral mucosa and protects the nerve endings that are exposed. Aloclair PLUS does not contain alcohol, so it does not create a stinging sensation when applied and can reduce pain in the wound in the oral mucosa in minutes and lasts up to 6 hours. Aloclair PLUS is suitable for use in adults, children and infants. Aloclair PLUS is safe if swallowed and has a very mild liquorice taste. Aloclair PLUS does not react with other drugs, so it is safe if used in conjunction with other drugs Indications aphthous ulcers, aphthous stomatitis, minor lesions, chafing and traumatic ulcers caused by braces and ill-fitting dentures Ingredients Aqua, polyvinylpyrolidone (PVP), maltodextrin, propyleneglycol, PEG-40, hydrogenated castor oil, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium hyaluronate, aroma, benzalkonium chloride, disodium EDTA, sodium saccharin, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, aloe barbadensis Directions Apply 1 or 2 drops of gel so as to cover the whole mouth ulcer or lesion. Avoid direct contact of the applicator with the lesion. Do not touch the lesion with the tongue for at least 2 minutes so as to allow for the protective film to form. Close the cap after each application. Use 3-4 times daily, or as needed and avoid eating or drinking for at least 1 hour after application. There is nothing to dislike. This is an excellent product so soft and comfortable to use. I have very bad foot problems and use this wool regularly having tried almost anything that is available.It does clump up and is not really re-usable but it is cheap to buy and there is lots of it in a box. You only need use small amounts anyway. It's worth a try and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Highly rated.

I’ve used this off and on for years, to protect corns, shoes rubbing, sore bumps, anything. I’ve also tried a lot of alternatives, silicone this that and the other, etc, which can be sweaty and difficult to get the fit right., and for me this is still the best, and most hygienic.You can make a pad to prevent rubbing, wrap a sore toe, wrap a hammer toe, just pull a length off and loosely but generously cover what you need, and pull on your sock or whatever you are wearing to hold it in position. It binds itself together as you wear it and forms a soft felted pad.I am currently using it to protect the skin where stitches have been removed post surgery and the skin is tender.It comes without any user advice, so be prepared to test it and work out what suits your own issue, or google the best way.

Needed something to protect my toe knuckle that hurts when I wear a favourite pair of shoes. Going to an all day and evening wedding do but the shoes I wanted to wear have always hurt one of my toe knuckles that always causes me problems. Decided to buy this product after reading the reviews and really pleased with it. I wrapped the wool around my toe them put a plaster over the top to hold it in place and it worked great, I replaced it once during the day without the plaster and it still stayed in place. Gave some to someone at the wedding whose shoes were hurting her and she'd never heard of it but said she would be buying some in the future

So glad to find this on Bolo. Pure soft wool, rather like spinning wool. Used for many years by dancers and gymnasts to protect their feet and toes. Very easy to use. Cut a piece and shape to fit around the toes which need protection. I use it to keep my little toe and next toe apart as they tend to chafe in footwear, especially when exercising. Very economical pack, generous amount of wool. Should last for years.
