This scope is cheap and basic but very effective. I used it to diagnose a nasty clank/rattle on an old classic car engine. The clarity of the sound is very good and within seconds I could pin point where the noise was coming from.

I used it to find a noise on my Mini One car engine, which turned out to be a damaged auxillary drive belt ( little sections on it had broken away ). One word of warning however, DO NOT put it on something that is already quite loud as the effect will be extremely loud in your ears!! Excellent for amplifying small sounds.

Works very well. I am very happy with this purchase. Better than expected. I reviewed many stethoscopes before purchase. One negative, it can hurt your ears after wearing them for a long period, the hard plastic isn't the softest inside the ear.

It does the job but the ear pieces, which are claimed to be "soft rubber" are actually hard plastic with a rough edge. Coupled with the strong spring to push it into your ears, it's actually painful to wear this.I just hope I'm quick to find my faults!

Really impressed as a way to identify source of noise from a car engine bay. The sound magnifies well when using and allowed me to diagnose a worn water pump saving both time and money.

used it to find a dodgy wheel bearing on my alfa, put the front up in the air, ran the engine and stuck it in third, with the wheels rotating it was an instant diagnosis with this device, left hand front! Brilliant! just got to fix it now....I found the ear pieces not too bad, seemed ok.

Compre este producto porque ya no sabía que era lo que estaba mal en mi motor, en 3 minutos pude saver que uno de los inyectores diesel sonaba diferente a los demas, lo cambie y el motor volvió a ser el mismo de antes.Fácil de usar, intuitivo de entender, económico y duradero, es una herramienta que todo mecánico y los Manitas debemos tener a mano.Para que no apreite tanto, la solución es separar un poco el fleje de acero, dejándolo a tu gusto.Lo recomiendo

Vu les avis très positifs sur le produit, je me suis dis bon allé pour le prix j'ai rien à perdre. Il est vrai que dans le blister le tube est légèrement pincé à 2 endroits rien de catastrophique non plus c'est léger , çà n'altère pas du tout la qualité d'écoute et en plus les jours qui on suivi la réception de mon colis il à fait très très chaud donc je l'ai suspendu et tout est disparu. Pour ce qui est de la qualité d'écoute elle est franchement INCROYABLEMENT bonne. Je l'ai acheter pour un problème de moteur de voiture est j'ai localisé le défaut en 10 min on le ballade un peu partout dans le moteur est on entend super bien tout les différents bruits à l'intérieur . C'est magique.
