I suffer from a serious vitamin D deficiency and especially in the winter months need to take high doses of the supplement to top up regular vitamin D injections. Through trial and error I discovered that vitamin D3 alone doesn't work for me whereas the combination of 1000iu of D2 and 1000iu of D3 alleviates most symptoms associated with this particular deficiency. Apart from feeling very tired, aching all over etc., when really bad I get very spotty yet have incredibly dry skin (the skin on my eyelids becomes flaky and slightly inflamed) and patches of thickened skin on my feet, all of which disappear within a couple of weeks of vitamin D2. Over the years I've tried other brands but this particular one produces best results for me.

Unfortunately for me, despite spending lots of time outside, despite having a decent diet, my doctor has informed me my Vitamin D is very low. He suggested I take a mix of D2 and D3 in addition to my normal diet.So here these come in. In 35 days of taking these my Vitamin D level went from very low to normal. So they work. Simple as that! Little bonus tip, take them with dairy or vegan equivalent (I normally take them when I have a bowl of fruit with Alpro Natural Yogurt) to improve absorption and prevent heartburn, GP suggested this and it worked 😊.

Simply amazing product and the tablet size is small which is so easy to swallow.
