The current Coronavirus advice, of washing your hands frequently with soap and water, meant I had to search for a cleansing bar that didn’t exacerbate my hand eczema. Vanicream Gives me exactly what I’ve been searching for, it has the approval of Eczema Uk, and doesn’t affect my hand eczema. I am delighted with it.

Doesn't bother my sensitive skin
Like a lot of folks, I have been dealing with various skin disorders for most of my life. It was difficult to find a soap that didn't actually make those skin disorders worse because of their added dyes, fragrances, and ingredients. This was recommended to me by my dermatologist about 5 years ago. She said this is the soap that dermatologists came up with for folks that basically "have a reaction to just about everything". I no longer have the dryness and itch from the other soaps that just stripped any moisture from my skin. Nor does my skin have that greasy/oily residue that many "moisturizing" soaps leave behind. My skin just feels for lack of better word "neutral". Clean but not dried out or greasy. Another feature I like is that it is almost scent free. I don't leave the shower smelling like I have been dowsed with perfume. This is very important to me because scents can cause me headaches or even nausea.
