the steamer is just what i wanted and the asparagus cooked perfectly so have given 5 stars,i was not so impressed with delivery by Bolo which is usually v good . i was out at time of delivery and there was no note left to know where the item had been left and i was initially worried it had been stolen. it was in fact with a neighbour so all well!

Outstanding quality, this is beautifully manufactured with a sensible basket and tight-fitting lid. It could easily be used for steaming vegetables other than asparagus, such as sweet corn or green beans, and I'm going to try cooking rhubarb in it too. Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this steamer as a gift . The people I bought it for were concerned that it says it is not suitable for an Induction hob as they had only just bought one . They tried it out and it works fine . Their hob is so up-to-date that if it detects an unsuitable pan base it won't even turn on . They are delighted with the steamer . Perhaps you need to adjust your details ?

Der 'Judge Asparagus Steamer' ist tatsächlich so klein und niedlich wie erhofft (die genauen Maße: 22cm hoch ohne Deckel, 26 cm hoch mit Deckel(griff); 14,5cm Korpus-Durchmesser, 12cm plane Boden-Standfläche; Korb 17,5cm hoch, 13cm Durchmesser) und zeigt außen schönen Spiegelglanz. Darüberhinaus gibt es aber leider nichts Positives zu berichten: er hat unten keinen Sandwichboden, sondern bloß simples planes dünnes Blech... der Deckelgriff ist oben an einem Ende sehr schlampig gelötet und kommt an der Innenseite - kratzgefährlich - durch. Trotz stolzem britischen Aufdruck 'Judge Kitchenware est. 1899' insgesamt ein Eindruck von billiger Qualität, wie aus einem '1€-Shop'... dazu passend der winzige Zusatz-Aufdruck: Made in P.R.C.Leider war auch der Originalkarton in einem bedauerlichen, mehrfach eingerissenen, zerdrückten Zustand. Sorry, muss leider retour gehen...
