Do not use more than 4 patches one after the other on the same area. How to use Apply only to clean skin. Open the pouch, remove one cloth patch and peel off the clear plastic film. Apply the sticky side of the patch over the desired area. Do not cut the patch. Re-seal the pouch to prevent remaining patches from drying out. Use all patches within one month of opening the pouch. Each patch can be used only once. Throw away the patch after use. Hazards and Cautions For external use only. Do not use on broken or irritated skin or with other skin products on the same area. Do not use if you have an allergy to sticking plasters or menthol. Stop using if skin irritation, rash, burns, allergic reaction or other unwanted effects occur. Seek advice if these symptoms worsen or persist, before using on young children, if you are diabetic or have a circulatory disorder or skin condition. Do not use on or near the eyes. Do not use on infants or people who cannot remove the patch on their own. Use by young children should be supervised. If pregnant always check new symptoms with your midwife. The patch can be used with medicines, however, do not apply the patch on top of medication rubbed into the skin. Keep out of reach of children. Storage Store in a cool, dry place. It really does what it says but does not lasts too long. The freezing feeling stays on for about a minute butafter that it goes away. That is not to say that it does not do the job afterwards as we have all been using itin my family and were very impressed with the pain relief. You only have to watch out when you squeeze itout as it comes out a bit like thick water, so be prepared when you end up with more than you wanted.The price is about "normal" and I would always go back to using this one.

I received this deep freeze cold gel today.I’ve literally just applied some not really that cold it’s just ok for me and it seems to work more or less straight away.I used this on my knees for a first try of this product.It will come in handy for my knee and leg aches for me.The price was so good too.The box that the gel came in was a little damaged in transit but the gel inside was ok.Thankyou.

The contents i.e the gel works great the delivery system now so much.That roller does not actually roll meaning you have to hit it and squeeze it to come out might as well just brought a tube as technically thats what you have to do with the roll on.

Well at last I have found a cream that really works ,For my Osto Athritus, I have Voltrol for my back, But this is so good for My feet and hands when I have had to do a lot of typing for my had and my feet when I get flare ups ,got the Idea of my husband that use to play football ,Then use to Manage Football Teams he knew how much pain I was in

This is the first time I have used these, I normally use the Deep Freeze gel. The patches are sticky and depending where you are putting them this could be tricky and a bit of a faff. I found the initial ‘chill’, once the patch is in place, is more subtle than the gel, but it’s definitely there, and less mess. There has been a tendency for the edges of the patch to roll up and get caught on clothing which has been annoying. But price wise I think it’s very reasonable. Not sure I’d buy again.

I not sure but I feel a bit unstable when I apply it. Also I feel no difference between hot and cold maybe the hot is better. Also the patch has no adhesive so It's doesn't stay along in the place
