I got the vanilla cream 2x tubs of it it's not thick so doesn't make you feel gaggy, if anything sometimes it's sweet and tastes like milky bar from KFC 2ndly I've tasted it now I will see if it works will edit and update soon

I’ve been using this for a while and I’ve gained so much more weight in the gym. I is easy to mix with other flavours which has made drinking my shakes more enjoyable.

Definitely working for me, however...the standard serving is HUGE and way too much for me. Even splitting in half I found it bloated me up so much I was wasn't eating as much, hence defeated the object!This is what I have found best after trial and error..I personally have two shakes a day but less than half the standard amount in each.I add 350-400ml of semi skimmied milk into the shaker. Then add 100g of powder (put the milk filled shaker on some scales before adding the powder) but also a heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder. This makes a big difference to the taste as without it, the taste isn't that great (for me). Certainly not your usual chocolate milkshake taste without the extra cocoa. Doing this, there is no problem with mixing/lumps. Shaker is fine. This portion size also makes the tub last a lot longer.I have one of these after breakfast and one after dinner. This adds 1000 calories each day to my diet. Have gained several pounds in less than two weeks. Key is to keep eating as you do normally and drink this AFTER eating.Hope this helps.

Love the taste of this. I’ve tried plenty of protein shakes in the last few years. Nothing compares to this. SO easy to drink!Not harsh on the stomach like other protein shakes. I have 2 heaped scoops mixed with 500ml of water every night before bed, it tastes delicious and goes down well. I often find most chocolate shakes to be sickly, but my stomach can handle this one.Makes me feel energised and I love knowing that it is packed with calories! So if ever I’m in a rush but need a quick boost of calories, one shake contains 1250 calories so it is amazing.I use these for weight gain, and I can say it is helping to maintain my weight gain, helping to build muscle whilst I’m working out. I usually take creatine to help boost my workout along with this. I take this shake 30-40 minutes after my workout.I would highly recommend to anybody who is looking for a great tasting, great quality, high calorie, effective and great value for money protein shakes. I am obsessed and love these!(I normally buy 3 at a time, these 3 tubs will usually be finished within 2 months, so I would stock up as they go quickly!)

I'm pretty fussy when it comes to Protein Shakes.This one however, for a mass gain shake is surprisingly tasty.I tend to make it in the morning, chuck it in the fridge and then drink it in the evening... keeps it smooth, no bits and tastes good cold.I recommend this as a mass gainer shake.

Normally with shakes I use milk so tried milk first of with this product and was very thick, clumpy and found it very sickly. So since then Iv been doing it with water and it’s a lot nicer, mixes well and far less sickly so would recommend doing it that way 👍 all in all happy with the product and after trying several different weigh gains off Bolo I would recommend this one

Arrivato in tempo e senza danni.Mi ha aiutato, insieme a una buona alimentazione ed a continuo esercizio fisico in palestra (3 giorni a settimana) a prendere 15 Kg, passando da 70 a 85 Kg.Il gusto cookies molto buono e dal sapore naturale (non sa di finto). Bevuto ogni mattina insieme al latte. Durato quasi un mese.Attenione, lavare sempre dopo l'utilizzo perché lascierà un forte odore come tutti i prodotti di questo tipo se non lavati subito.Prodotto come in descrizione, che su di me hanno funzionato per predere massa.
