The BEST digestive enzymes!
I originally purchased this product at the Vitamin Shoppe, but it is more convenient for me to order on Bolo prime. Even though I eat well and workout very regularly, I still experience gut issues and bad bloating that is painful. These digestive enzymes are by far the BEST I have ever had. They are the only ones that actually make a difference in how I feel and break down my food as advertised on the product label. I found that taking one after a heavier meal is the most effective for me. I usually don't take more than 2 a day because they work so well and if you take too many in a day it can cause diarrhea. I'd recommend starting with one a day for a week and then work yourself up. The price is completely worth the outcome!
No more bloating
I take it whenever I eat cooked foods, as they lack in enzymes. I open one capsule and mix the powder in my food, same with a probiotic capsule. Goodbye abdominal discomfort after a meal! If I eat my meal with a salad or natural pickles, I get my enzymes from those, so no need then for the enzyme supplement.
