Searched for products with 200mg vit e and this came up. Either I didn't notice it wasn't 200mg or they've since corrected the listing. It's actually 134mg which is a very unusual dose.Listing also doesn't mention that the capsules are gelatine so not suitable for a lot of people.

I took this to plug nutritional gaps revealed by Cronometer. I was only at about 60% RDA vit E. I was super happy to see my facial skin improving, in terms of old spot scars fading noticeably. I believe that my skin complexion is generally improving, though not drastically.Mood - I doubled the dose for a few days and found my mood significantly boosted, however it made it harder for me to sleep. Nonetheless I would experiment and buy a higher dose another time.These are expensive, yes Solgar quality. I have bought some less expensive higher dose capsules to compare performance, but if they are not as good I will happily keep paying out for the Solgar as I believe they are doing me good.
