I used to get blisters after doing a lot of walking and they'd be just underneath the toes on the bottom of my feet.I knew I would be walking a lot this weekend and wanted to try something to prevent them and these were amazing. Walked almost 30 miles over 2 days and not a single blister. Did also pair them with a nice pair of light hiking socks as well rather than cheap cotton ones, which are a big cause of blisters too.Will definitely be buying more of this when I run out. I got enough from 1 sheet to cover my normal blister areas for 2 days and there are 3 sheets in the pack/

Feeling the pain of blisters?Welcome to the solution to your problem.I run a lot, play football and often get new trainers/football boots. Whenever I do I'm constantly getting blisters on my heels and ball of my feet.I was recommended these plasters/padding and I'm so happy for it.They fit tight to the skin, so you can wear them on a long run without the fear of them falling off and causing an annoyance. They are really padded, so give really good support to the painful area.They are slightly on the expensive side, but they are worth the extra expense because they help relieve the pain of blisters so well.

This is a great product for protecting your feet from rubbing shoes, I found putting it on the shoe to be most effective. Unfortunately the 'predicted arrival date' changed after I ordered the product, which meant that it wouldn't arrive before I went on holiday, so I had to order a different brand of moleskin from Ebay!

Bought this as the back of my boots were starting to wear, and rub at my heel, given the cost of the boots, I didn't want to get rid of them. Wish I'd found this sooner! I cut a piece down to the size I needed and stuck in the boot, and no more rubbing. I know it is not meant to be stuck on the inside of the boot but it saved the boots from being binned. So easy to use, and a very soft texture to the pieces. Would definitely recommend.
Needs more directions on packaging, also uses.

Quality item, less thick than in the past.
I was expecting (based on description) that this item would be as thick as my purchases from a number of years ago. However, item is of good quality, and good for many uses.

The product is of good quality and helps to protect the blister or callous area heal faster. It also reduces pain. The stick quality of strips is very strong and hence stays for long time without moving from the site of application
