The only assembly required is to pump up the tyres and fit the wheels. You need pliers to bend the cotter pins but a very easy job. The plastic handles are not the best but they will be fine for the occasional use I will make of this product. Altogether a good product for the money.

At this price it's a great product. As some of the other reviewers pointed out, the tires needed extra air upon arrival. Air pump is the same type as for a car. Was not an issue because I knew about it before it arrived. The two plastic handles fit quite snuggly over the metal bars so not a problem to pull up stairs. When driving on uneven ground, the two handles can move a bit too independently of each other - there is no strong cross-bar at the top of the truck to keep the handles rigid and stiff. So I suspect that this might eventually lead to the welding points of the flat steel mesh to break. After about 2 weeks of medium usage still going strong. I have not tested the upper load limit, though.

A fantastic Sack Truck.So this was purchased for me to use when heading to a music festival (download festival) a few weekes ago. It was a fantastic investment at a brilliant price. It survived the miles and miles that it was used. We had some of the worst conditions the festival has ever had but the truck made it through the crazy amount of mud we had with ease.It was superb on the tarmac, grass and through the deep mud thanks to the deep tires. I can't recomend this enough for anyone planning on using it for a festival. Obviesly we didnt go anywhere near the weight limit but it handled 5 days worth of clothes, beer and a few tents.We had no issue with it at all!

I bought this trolley not for moving sacks but for general purpose work, moving a fridge and a gas cooker plus boxes etc. The trolley is delivered all packed securely with tape, cardboard, plastic bags etc, so it should take you about 20 minutes to get into it! You will then have to assemble, two wheels, metal brackets, and two plastic handles. One problem I had with mine was the paint on one cross member standing proud, so I had to take a file and file this off as I couldn't get one wheel on if I didn't, apart from that this is a good, well made trolley for under £30 including postage, no instructions about putting it all together, but very easy to do anyway, with big chunky bouncy tyres that even though I flattened one bouncing the trolley down a flight of stairs, pumped easily back up again. As I say, this is a good, heavy duty trolley that I have used for transporting my old 300lb cooker, and several flag stones!

I have been moving 200-300kg rocks around the garden (uneven surfaces), this trolley has already seen its value through heavy use as the alternative was hiring a digger.

This really is a true heavy duty sack truck. The wheels come unfitted, but it only takes a few moments to fit them. The tyres are not fully inflated so need a few pumps to complete. In use the sack truck is easy to move due to the big wheels/tyres and the balance is perfect too. I used it to move a cooker, a fridge and an upright freezer - all easy to move and no damage at all.This is no lightweight as it is heavy duty - it should last for years.I am very pleased with it and recommend it to you.

Not sure why some reviewers gave poor feedback for this. Very sturdy, incredibly easy to put together. Have only loaded with 100kg so far but the truck didn't flinch. Moved with ease with the sturdy bearing wheels and pneumatic tyres. Might not fare so great if you try to use the flat bed to lever something over 200kg up but if you push the load as you manoeuvre the truck then it should be just fine.Ah, OK. After 1 week one of the tyres was flat. Thought it may have got a puncture, pumped it up anyway to see and it pumped up fine, removed the pump and the air bled out of the tyre valve. Managed to stop the air leak by quickly fitting the valve cap so that I could use the truck. Will need a new tyre. Originlly thought it was great, not so now.
