This is The Best hair nutrients. I have noticed that my hair stop shedding a lot since I've been using this product for about 1month and I also noticed my hair start growing and getting thicker. It's not a miracle drug and it don't work overnight but you got to at least give it a month or 2months to see the results. and the reason why I started using this because my hair was shedding a lot from stress. I know there are a lot of hair products like this. But please check out the info for any other hair products that are similar to this and see which one will work best for you. That's what I did! I read on this product and gave it a try. Plus there are a lot of reviews liking this hair products. The only thing is that it make your urine yellowish but don't worry it's because of the color of the pills.
