From the end of May / June when the beetles start appearing . This helps get rid of them fast and stops more from returning . I put them under my sink and behind the oven etc . A bit expensive but does the job !

Although only a minor infestation, one tube seems to have done a good job we have another ordered for a retratment in a few months or if more turn up earlier.

Easily kills cockroaches, especially German cockroaches that overrun your house, once it kills the cockroach do not remove the body as the stuff stays in the body other cockroaches will cannibalize.

it really gets rid of roaches
I first found this product in 1996. The building in which I lived was plagued with highly resistant roaches. The owners would come around every month and spray for roaches, and many roaches would die when they crossed the wet spray, but as soon as the spray was dry, it would cease killing and three weeks later, the roaches would be back as bad as ever, and they numbered in the thousands. Boric acid powders had little or no effect, and roach traps soon filled up with the roaches roaming freely over the bodies of their dead brothers. Then I found this product and, using it, got rid of the roaches in my apartment except those that roamed in from the neighbors, which quickly found the bait and died. I shared my discovery with my landlord and within three months there were no roaches in any of the apartments and only a few holdouts in parts of the basement which had not been treated. Since then I always keep a tube of bait in my cupboard and whenever I see signs of reinfestation I apply it around all water sources in my apartment and no infestation has lasted more than a few days. Note-- If anyone uses spray over your bait, clean off the old bait and apply fresh bait. Spraying repels the roaches and they will not eat the sprayed bait.

This stuff is lethal for those roaches that just won't go away. Works pretty fast and for a good long while. The only bad part is the nasty brown color it has and that it comes out the tube even after you've let the plunger part go. So you get this string brown gel oozimg out and you'll find yourself scrapping it against a wall or corner or whatever. Otherwise it works as described.Fast acting and roaches show up dead all over the place. I also recommend the roach motel things. If you live in a humid state, you'll deal with roaches and palmetto bugs (roaches with wings!!!) This will do to them what Patton did for the Germans.
Not great value, but it works fine
You can get a container of Boric acid and peanut butter at dollar tree for $2 and you have way more roach killer for way less money.Saw a couple roaches. Put this gel in every crevice and haven’t seen any since.
It works perfect
I ordered this for my brother's house. Now when I go there are no more bugs crawling. You see them dead.
