I am still waiting to get my money back - not only did I have to pay £10 p&p but was then told by the Post Office that I would have to pay a further £12 customs duty. I have returned the goods, having left them at the Post Office, but am receiving no reply from the distributors. I feel that Bolo is also to blame as they should not deal with such a situation.
