Got this for replacing the rotors and pads for my car’s brakes. Very happy with my purchase.
Awesome item
Used it once and solved all squeaks. Before I used WD40 - it helped for 3-5 days.With this thing I didn't hear anything for 3 months.
For my Ford Super Duty...
This meets the spec for my Ford Super Duty pickup. I plan to use it for that and just about anything else that needs grease. I figure the traditional lithium base + EP + moly should make it good for just about anything. As opposed to having multiple tubes of grease for different applications, or skimping with just a basic lithium-base grease, or worse - using an incompatible base grease, this should do the trick. Lithium base is going to be the most compatible in many applications.-1 star because it's not available in the "mini" (3.5 oz?) tubes; I need to pack it manually. Yes, I have a big grease gun, but I prefer the smaller ones which seem easy to store, are less messy, and have more than enough capacity for many months of my use. There are really no "good" greases available in the 3.5 oz size, unfortunately.
Good Grease
I have used this brand of grease for several years for my 71 VW wheel bearings, and wanted to continue with the same brand. Several people advise not to change to different grease without totally cleaning out all the old grease. Since I just needed to add a small amount, I didn't want tear everything apart to clean it.
