I’ve been using these since 2019 and never had a problem until this recent order . Since the company has changed from aerobic life to nbpure the product don’t seem good at all . Before the pills was lighter in weight compared to now and also after taking them this time around there’s no bubbling feeling in my colon like when it was aerobic life branded . And there’s no effectiveness whatsoever after taking these for two days . Something has changed in the quality of the ingredients they don’t seem as good as before . I will now look for other companies that do oxygen magnesium bowel cleanse as these are very expensive for them not to work . Such a shame too as they once was fantastic and used to never cause me bowel cramping and would work within 10-12 hours maximum with the first dose .

I don't know why I thought i might be able to tolerate this product as usually I can only take mag glycinate without getting IBS symptoms.Think I fell for the hype...and was a bit desperate!Sadly it didn't work for me and all it did was dent my bank balance and give me belly cramps.I'd say, just from personal experience...if you can't tolerate citrate then you may have issues with this product.

I've been taken these pills for more than 2 years now, initially recommended by my sister-in laws friend. Prior to pregnancy I was totally fine, but during my pregnancy I suffered really bad with constipation which led to some problems but the toilet issue continued. I was originally taking laxatives which I really didn't want to rely on long term as heard so many stories about problems this can also cause, plus the craps I suffered taking them to help go to the toilet was extremely unpleasant and painful. Once I was introduced with Mag07 I have never taken anything else since, no pain no discomfort and no issues going to the toilet, regulated my situation, helps me cleanse my colon and I've had no side affects because Magnesium is good for the gut, I would seriously recommend this to anyone experiencing issues
