I have now used this for 18 months and I think it is brilliant. I have severe keloid scars from my c- section. I can now see a difference to the scaring. It is still visible but less prominent. The balm soothes the itchy scar and moisturises it. It is very expensive but a little goes a long way. The smell of the balm is not pleasant, a little like curry but I've now got used to it and follow up with normal body butter on top to hide the smell. It is soft and easy to apply. Very natural, concentrated, moisturising and a lot in a tiny little pot. Well worth buying and you need to be patient and keep using it every day. I already have bought a second pot. Also there is a new packaging now and the name has changed but the formula is still the same. My daughter claims her stretch marks have lightened as well. Mine are still visible but will keep persevering. I absolutely love this product now. I will take on holiday as it is apparently good for insect bites, although I haven't tried it for that yet.

I have been using for about 3 months now and can tell its helping a little bit. If nothing else, its a great balm to keep skin and scar hydrated and soft. Good for sensitive skin. The scent takes some getting used to but definitely not a deal breaker.
