Heat build-up is reduced inside the respirator by the 3M Cool Flow Valve removing exhaled air. The adjustable nose clip, curved low profile design and sculpted nose panel help ensure not only a secure seal and snug fit, but also a good field of vision and improved compatibility with 3M eyewear. They're meant to be great to protect you from mould and viruses.They are fairly tight, and leave some red marks on your face for a few minutes when you take them off. But I think it's worth it!Just worth remembering that if you are ill, it's the ones without a vent you want to avoid infecting everyone else đ€đ

I prefer respirator style masks to surgical masks when on-site, and find these really useful when cautious about mould or dust. Iâve also worn them around ill workers to avoid catching their illness. They fit well and offer great value in a large pack, meaning they can just be skipped after each use. Fits around the nose snug and well. My only complaint is that they can be a little tight due to the design of the red band and thus they arenât the most breathable, which can be said of most masks.

The quality of the mask is good however, these masks are very small and defiantly dont fit all. They would be suitable for children ir small adults. On most adults the mask is physically to small, lets air and dust in around the edges and can not be worn for any length of time as the elastic straps pull very rightly into side of face and back of head. In short, absolutely no use in an industrial environment with adult workers

I have a small head, but these were a pain to get on and would not fit anyone with a medium-large bonce! Had to fiddle around with the two elastic bands to get it comfortable, one above the bulge at the back of my head, and one below.

Wir benutzen die FFP3 Masken von 3M 9332/Aurora seit beginn der Pandemie. Anfangs habe ich nur 3 EinzelstĂŒcke hier und da bestellen können...zum exorbitanten Wucherpreis von 79,95⏠PRO STĂCK.Jetzt sind wir 20 Monate weiter, die Masken sind wieder verfĂŒgbar und kosten weniger als ein Zehntel des Anfangspreises.Bislang sind mein Mann, meine Tochter in der Schule und ich ohne Infektion davon gekommen. Meine Mutter hat die erste Corona-Welle, nur mit OP-Maske nicht ĂŒberlebt.Die Masken bieten die höchste Schutzklasse, passen sich auch Kindergesichtern durch ihre besondere Form ausgezeichnet an und stossen weder an der Nasenspitze an, noch liegen sie an den Lippen auf.Dadurch kann man klar und deutlich mit ihnen sprechen und wird auch von Ă€lteren MitbĂŒrgern gut verstanden.Zwischenzeitlich sind wir aus KostengrĂŒnden, in der Zeit von niedrigen Inzidenzen, auch auf FFP2-Masken ausgewichen. Da ich leider eine besonders lange Nase habe, haben mir diese Masken nie richtig gepasst. Zwischen Jochbein und Nase war immer eine LĂŒcke, bzw. stiess ich mit der Nasenspitze an der KaffeefiltertĂŒten-Maske immer an. LĂ€stig und unangenehm.Mit den Masken von 3M habe ich diese Probleme nicht. Die Masken lassen sich leicht an Jochbein und Nasenform anpassen und schliessen wirklich luftdicht an Kinn und Wangen ab.Die 9332-Aurora hat ein Ausatmungsventil. Das ist fĂŒr BrillentrĂ€ger besonders sinnvoll, da die Brille im Winter nicht beschlĂ€gt. Ansonsten sorgt das Ventil dafĂŒr, dass man auch bei lĂ€ngerer Tragzeit nicht triefend unter Maske schwitzt. Mir verlĂ€uft nicht einmal der Lippenstift unter der 9332 mit Ventil.Einzig in KrankenhĂ€usern darf man die Masken mit Ventil nicht tragen...eben wegen dem Ventil. In solchen FĂ€llen ziehe ich eine einfache OP-Maske zusĂ€tzlich darĂŒber.Aber wer die FFP3 von 3M trĂ€gt, trĂ€gt die Masken mit der höchsten Sicherheit. Im Krankenhaus und in Wartezimmern die einzige Sicherheit. Mein Mann benutzt zuweilen auch die baugleiche Maske ohne Ventil, ich selber schwitze im Sommer, oder bei starker körperl. Beanspruchung zu sehr darunter.Meine Tochter(anfangs 14, jetzt 16J) trĂ€gt die Masken in der Schule. Gerade jetzt, wo weder der Sitznachbar eines C-Positiven informiert wird, noch eine Nachverfolgung durch das Gesundheitsamt in NRW noch erfolgt, ist ihr der Schutz wichtig. Zuviele ihrer MitschĂŒler hat es inzwischen hart erwischt.Die Maske hĂ€lt durch die GummibĂ€nder am Hinterkopf auch beim Sport sehr gut und durch das Ventil hat sie keine AtemeinschrĂ€nkung.Da mir und meinem Mann die GummibĂ€nder am Hinterkopf irgendwann auf die Nerven gingen, bei meinem Mann die Gummis auch oft sofort rissen (einzige Schwachstelle der Masken), habe ich die roten Gummis abgeschnitten und durch normale Ohren-Gummies ersetzt.Die Ersatzgummies kann man auch hier bei Bolo bestellen. UrsprĂŒnglich zum selber Basteln von Community-Masken gedacht, tackere ich sie seitlich an die 3M-Masken an. Das hĂ€lt lange und zerwuselt nicht mehr meine langen Haare. Ausserdem können wir die Masken so schneller auf-und absetzen. (Siehe Foto 2)FĂŒr uns sind die Masken inzwischen zur Gewohnheit geworden, so wie der Anschnallgurt im Auto."Erst Masken, dann Shoppen...oder was auch immer."Unverzichtbar fĂŒr mich als (gimpften) Risikopatienten, die einzige Sicherheit fĂŒr unsere (inzwischen auch geimpfte) Tochter. Mein Mann trĂ€gt sie, weil auch er mit den FFP2-TĂŒten nicht klar kam.Sehr empfehlenswert fĂŒr Leute, die unter der Maske viel sprechen, oder körperlich intensiv arbeiten mĂŒssen...oder eben beim Sport.
