Really happy with this supplement. Solgar is a brand that I trust providing high quality vitamins. I had read that methylated b12 is the superior formula as is absorbed better by the body.I just pop a tiny tablet under my tongue and it dissolves within a few minutes. Doesn’t really have much of taste.I have been taking these for about 6 weeks now as my b12 levels were borderline at a recent blood test. I can say I am less lethargic. Another bonus has been for my nails. My nails are usually very brittle and literally do not grow. There has been a massive improvement in my nails and this has been such a bonus for me!When this bottle finishes I am going to move onto a b-complex as I am also deficient in folate.

I can't fault this B12 and its absorbency. The supplement is tiny and has a nice flavour to it which can be taken in a few ways (under the tongue, chewed or swallowed) I can always trust Solgar for good quality products.Unfortunately, there have been links to excessive B12 and acne in some individuals online and I seem to have experienced a few new breakouts approximately a week into trying this on my forehead. (Different looking to my usual hormonal acne) I had made no other changes to skincare and have avoided my trigger foods - I can't say for 100% certain whether B12 was the cause but there is quite a lot of information online related to this so just wanted to write a warning, especially if you are already suffering from acne or find yourself suddenly breaking out.

I started taking this and got blisters inside my mouth, under my lips 👄. So I reduced the intake and will see in my next blood report whst is my B12 levels. Although, it's proven if you have low B12, you need booster injections immediately (6 in total - one injection every alternate day in a row). And then you eat these tablets after a month to top up your low B12.

El envase es de cristal por lo que ya se aprecia desde un primer momento la buena calidad.Los comprimidos tienen sabor a fresa y se deshacen muy rápidamente en la boca; el método adecuado para la toma es vía sublingual.En cuanto a la dosis, si bien el fabricante recomienda 1 comprimido diario, por su concentración (1.000 miligramos por cada uno) con hacer 3 tomas semanales sería más que suficiente para aportar toda la vitamina B12 que nuestro cuerpo necesita teniendo en cuenta que solamente la aportamos por esta vía.
