It is wonderful if you add a block of softened cream cheese with two tablespoons of sugar! Plus blueberry pie filling on top with whip cream!!!! Gourmet Dessert!!!!
A Great Quick Occasional Treat
I don't remember when these first hit the market, but I've really enjoyed them over the years! They are very quick and easy to make, and they make a nice occasional treat for the family! I keep a couple in the pantry and make one every few weeks. The consistency is about what one would expect from a "no bake" cheesecake, and they taste wonderful! You can also make them pre-portioned by using small re-sealable containers to make them in. I typically make them in six small containers to they are easy to grab and enjoy right out of the fridge without having to slice out a piece. However, when making in a pie tin, they do slice out nicely!

I was very suspicious of a cheesecake in box that didn't require extra dairy or eggs. I do not like powdered milk. But cream cheese is expensive in our neighborhood, so I was willing to try it. It really did taste almost as good as actual cheesecake! It tasted slightly of whipped cream (like Cool Whip) mixed with cream cheese. Other than that though, it was really good!
Easy as, well, pie!🤷♀️
Easy to make, easy instructions and my mom was impressed on Mother’s Day. I’m not exactly known for my cooking. Served with blueberries and sliced strawberries. Cost was about $3 for the mix-I had the berries on hand. Much less than Cheesecake Factory. And it was delicious without being overbearing! (Have you SEEN how big at Cheesecake Factory???!!! Sugar coma).
