GREAT food pantry donation item at holidays
Chef Boyardee has been around for many years and continues to be a great staple to keep in our house throughout wintertime when we suffer potential power outages during cold desert months. That being said, it’s also a good option through the holidays to donate to food pantries for less fortunate families. It has a pop-top lid, making it easy to open even if they don't have a can opener. There are no preservatives, artificial flavors or artificial colors and it does contain meat making it a good source of protein. It’s edible even if just opening the can, but is convenient to warm. It offers 450calories per can, making it a good option for avoiding hunger, and kids tend to like it as well!

It’s a nice quick meal to have and has quite a few extra meatballs in it. I added Italian seasoning to it with some cheese.

mmmm nothing like overcooked pasta stuffed with dog food in sauce with some extra kibbles for meat balls. very long ingredient list proves, its in there no matter what it is. its good straight out the can on a spoon or heat it in a microwave safe bowl for that warm feeling. im buying more, lots more.
