Never had molasses before, so it was a bit of a blind purchase, but it contains iron so it should help my anemia; I guess I don't like the taste of molasses, I wouldn't use it as a sweetener like it says on the bottle, but I bought it because it's healthy and cause it's organic and unsulphured. I hope to get used to the awkward taste very soon...

It adds a depth of flavor to my ginger snap cookies. I get so many compliments on my cookies and it’s because of the quality of ingredients. Just found out that it has a P65 warning because of what occurs in the high heat process. I've been using for years and have not found any repercussions because the same things of this Acrylamide is in lots of other produces like even Fry Fries and bread from heating. It just may be another ploy of keeping you from using it for its high iron, potassium, magnesium counts. Best electrolyte product I know to use to elevate muscles cramps from low electrolytes.
