I got the transparent ones size 5 U.K. . They are true to size . I’m currently using them on my holiday at Mauritius and they are absolutely perfect .They are not just super stylish but extremely practical. Very light in weight , easy to clean and the main thing : you can comfortably swim and get in an out of coral / pebbled beaches as if you were in bare feet . They are a holiday MUST .

Really nice pair of beach swim shoes but from only 6 months since i purchase, it has deteriorated badly. However, the other pair i bought at the same time, for my husband still look new, worn for the same purpose.The clear colour is now yellowish, has several splits along the side of the shoes, plus Cressi label has pealed off.I don't think I will be buying it again even if my husband's pair is still okay.Good grip, slip resistance, fit okay but quality of plastic is poor!

Bought these to use on holiday as the beach was rocky and were really helpful for getting in and out of the water. Comfortable to wear and stay on your feet while swimming. A little on the long side- I ordered a Uk9 but the size was more like UK10 , but width was fine. Maybe any smaller would have been too tight. Not very grippy - just use your common sense when stepping on submerged ricks and stones!

Sizing is accurate and they are comfortable and lightweight, perfect grip for walking round the pool side and showers/changing areas eg for camping or leisure. They are vented, so obviously water gets inside which is fine, just tip it out when you take them off; but oh my gosh they are so not suited to aqua aerobics or aqua fit, very slippery in tiled swimming pool. Some reviews on here said they were ok, some not so I hold my hands up, I took a chance. Ooops. Just about ok for a fairly slow class, but any travelling round the pool and I was sliding like a bluebottle on ice.

I have written this 6 months after purchase. I am a daily sea swimmer off a very stony beach where some foot protection is a must. They have turned out to be perfect. Like others who recommended buying a size smaller I did. Even in icy winter sea water where, believe me, everything shrinks! they remained a good fit. During the recent heatwave I did find them tight to get on but otherwise no problem. I have never felt that they would ever come off while swimming. After almost daily use for 6 months they are as soft and supple as the day I bought them with no signs of rips or tears. Note: as with all products like these I never leave them in the sun as sunlight seems to affect the 'plastic'. Traditional aqua shoes made of wet suit fabrics are awful in turbulent seas for filling with sand which grinds away at your feet. The design of these with perforations all over the upper surfaces seem to self clean. Just the odd piece of seaweed. The best part is that after use they only need a quick rinse under the hot tap, wipe dry and they are ready for use. Aqua / wet suit shoes require a lot of flushing with clean water after use and then take for ever to dry, sometimes still damp the next day and at worst start to smell. I would highly recommend these for anybody who needs to cross surfaces which are not barefoot friendly to get into the water. My only observation is the soles are quite thin. This is ideal as it makes the shoes very light and I forget I have them on when swimming but possibly they would not be ideal to walk long distances. If these ever need to be replaced I would automatically buy another pair.

I always use a size 4 (bang on) but the size four in this swimming shoes is a size 3 so be careful when you buy those…

Ces palmes sont légères, réactives et très confortables. Elles s'ajustent parfaitement aux pieds, grâce à leur design ergonomique, et ne causent aucune gêne même après de longues périodes d'utilisation.La puissance de propulsion est excellente, malgré leur taille compacte, ce qui permet de nager facilement et avec efficacité, que ce soit en surface ou sous l'eau. Elles sont idéales pour la randonnée aquatique, le snorkeling ou même les premières séances de nage en mer ou en piscine. Ich hab sie mir für Kroatien gekauft....passen perfekt und sind auch angenehm zu tragen !Man kann damit sehr gut auf Steinen ( Rutsch fest sogar auf glitschigem Gestein) gehen! Empfehlenswert!!!

Guter Badeschuh als Schutz gegen Seeigel oder Steine für den Strandurlaub

Ich hatte für meine Frau Badeschuhe gesucht, die für den anstehenden Strandurlaub als Schutz gegen Seeigel oder spitze Steine, dienen sollen. Da man uns solche Schuhe am Badeort empfohlen hatte, weil es dort Seeigel gibt, werden diese Schuhe gute Dienste leisten.Meiner Frau gefallen diese Schuhe sehr gut, sie wollte unbedingt solche transparente Schuhe haben, und diese erfüllen ihre Anforderungen. Sie sind schön weich, passen sehr gut, ja, sie schmiegen sich förmlich an die Füße. Der Schuh ist mehr gummiartig, als dass er aus Kunststoff zu sein scheint, obwohl er aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist. Die Firma Cressi als Hersteller, ist mir bekannt, da ich ein paar Schnorchelsachen von denen habe, die ich bereits jahrelang im Besitz habe. Auch diese Schuhe wirken hochwertig, defintiv nicht billig. Nach dem Baden im Meer, hat man sie schnell ausgezogen und ausgespült, so dass sie sofort wieder einsatzbereit sind. Zudem trocknen sie sehr schnell.Ein guter Kauf und von daher sehr zu empfehlen.
