Directions
Dissolve 1 teaspoon in 8 ounces of hot water or broth. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add more liquid or simmer longer for desired consistency. Season to taste.

Purchased March 2024 for £9.99. Clicked on ‘order again’ but not found? Searched and found it, now costs £17.65!A 76% increase! I know prices have increased but this is madness for just stock. Also, I noticed other reviews have said they are now using GMO ingredients, something I avoid. It does taste lovely but not worth it now, both money wise and health wise.

I just didn't like this stock. It doesn't taste great, it is quite dominant in profile and misses the mark on tasting like chicken. You'd be better mixing marjoram and thyme with veg or mushroom stock cube from Kallo, as I do now.

Better Than Bullion products, including the Not Chicken product, has a much fresher taste and are seasoned better than anything that comes in a box. As an added bonus, you can make them as weak or as strong as you want and as salty as you want. That kind of control is invaluable when you are trying to get your food to taste just right. Just dissolve is hot water and you have first rate stock. Forget the Use By date. This stuff lasts forever in your refrigerator. One caveat: if you are adding some Better Than Bullion to a soup or stew already made, ladle out some liquid into a small bowl; then add the Better Than Bullion to the bowl and whisk until it dissolves completely. Then pour the contents of the bowl back into your soup or stew. If you don't you might get some undissolved clumps. I will never use a cube or a box again.

Long-time vegetarian here. This gives the depth of flavor and unctuousness that was missing from some dishes. It's a little pricey but I won't be without it now.

Excellent quality that compliments your seasoning routine. This is always a must have when grocery shopping!
A household staple
As a vegan I can’t help but love these. I dislike the corn syrup in them but for these and the minimal amount that would be in food altogether it’s totally worth it. Soups, gravy .. all sorts of things you can make using this. I definitely will continue to repurchase. We buy the 3 pack and continue to keep them stocked.
Been buying this forever
Great for vegan soup stir fries etc., the flavor is a little light so I use a lot more than the recipe calls for.
