Growing up in the UK the only indigestion cure we had in the house were Rennies and while they did the job, you always had to pop multiple before they had any effect against the big indigestion causers (curries and tomato sauces.). One of these bad boys always sort out my indigestion in a matter of seconds, the taste leaves little to be desired but I prefer it actually getting the job done over a nice taste any day. Worth the money.

I give a 4 star because these may not be best for your medical issue. I encourage anyone seeking this product to hit a doctor's office. I gave this a 4 star because it was basically the same price as in the store. This saved me a trip to the pharmacy while not feeling well.
