Great health benefits. Heat level is good. Product quality is as really good. Good value for money. I expected it to be more red in colour but it came in more or less orange. It's a good size.

This is the highest heat unit cayenne that I can find and I make my own capsules with it. It helps speed up metabolism and really boosts the digestive system. A great product. Reordered many times.

i have started wih half a tea spoon 3 times a day with warm water and increased it to full spoon. i have been getting pain on my left chest arms and terrible back pain and pain on my bottom . i cant sit on the bus more than 10 minutes without pain. i m telling u it helps. pain on my arms and left chest have gone and i noticed my back pain and pain on my bottom eased in one day when u take full full tea spoon 3 times a day. i believe it is going to diseappear all together. good luck
