Very nice deep pie dish. Has a good solid weight to it and holds heat well, my pies turned out great! No comment on how the nonstick finish holds up.

For the price this is a really good quality product and as I’d hoped fits perfectly in my halogen oven. Several reviews have mentioned the non stick coating peeling, but frankly if it does after 12 months, at the price I paid, I will have had more than my money’s worth.

This is a perfect pan for standard 9 inch pie recipes, often used in American/Canadian recipes. I have other Masterclass baking ware and they are heavy duty products that bake evenly and without scorching, easy to wash and well worth the money. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, thank you.

It's quite solid, but I've found is a bit of an issue in that the teflon is soooooo slippery that when placing the pie dough in it to form the crust, the raw dough simply stretches back. I'm sure that is due to my lack of experience in making pies. For someone who knows what they are doing, Id say this is an excellent product.

For some years I have had only one and now I have two! No more dripping over the edge and messing up the oven. Here's to thick pies! One does need to use a flexible plastic spatial to avoid scratching it.
