My little boy is working his way through the Bruder range and this is his latest addition. All Bruder toys are robust, look fantastic, are like like and each has enough gadget/movements on it to keep my son's interest for a very long time. He plays with them all, very regularly.This one is one of the smaller ones so perfect for taking out and about with us.We have the Bruder man, too, and he sits nicely in this mini digger. Slip him in through the front or back window and he stays there a treat.

This digger is great and is one of the most popular Bruder vehicles I have bought for my son. The range of movement is great and it works just like you would expect from the real thing.You can fit a Bruder figure (or similar) in the cab if you have one. Ours recently played host to a Jurassic World ‘Owen Grady’ figure who was ‘digging up dinosaur fossils’ according to my son!Whilst it is the only Bruder vehicle we have to sustain any significant damage (the boom arm came off), this was because my son accidentally fell on top of it with his full weight. Even then I was still able to reattach the boom and make it serviceable again (albeit with a lot less resistance)!It’s still going strong, as with all of our other purchases from this manufacturer.

The description on Bolo says "Sturdy construction and built to last" and "Suitable for indoor and outdoor use" so I bought this for my digger obsessed toddler. I had assumed it would be made of metal but it is plastic and feels like it would break with rough treatment so I think it would be better suited to an older child. So far bits of the arm have come undone once or twice but have slotted back into place. Just not sure how long it's going to survive!

For the price it is a nice model for the kids to play with in a sand pit. However there is a flaw. The problem with playing with it in sand however is that if the grains get inside the joint mechanisms the resistance becomes next to nothing which means the arm basically becomes floppy. This can be fixed by wrapping an elastic band around the join to provide a bit of resistance. This means that when the arm is manipulated it stays in that position until moved again.The toys to mention that they should be thoroughly cleaned after use outdoors but this seems to be an issue that occurs during play.

De loin le meilleur bulldozer qu'on ait acheté (et je m'y connais!), solide, pas cher (surtout en occase) pour cette marque, bonne taille, pivote parfaitement, bras très mobile, facile pour creuser dans le sable. Mon fils est fan. A acheter les yeux fermés contrairement à d'autres peut-être un peu moins chers mais qui se cassent au bout de 3 jours.
