We wanted a sealer for our coping stones that gave an impervious surface coating to prevent staining, moss and algae getting a hold and to protect against bird lime. This works very well, is good value and is very easy to apply. After cleaning the coping stones using a pressure washer, we simply rollered the sealant into the surfaces. The first covers reasonably well but the second coat goes much, much further as the surface has already been sealed by the first coat. It doesn't change the colour of the stones once it's dried and gives a slight sheen to the surface. Bird droppings either wash off by rain or with a hose, or can be flicked off when dry.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I was recommended to use everbuild products by a builder and so far I haven't been disappointed by them including this one.Value for money:I think it was good valueQuality:Yes it is watery as others have stated but I assume that it needs to be to be absorbed into the stone.Ease of cleaning:Since it has effectively water proofed the stone is easy to clean and also none slip.Dries quickly:It dried very quickly but I applied it on a hot summer's day.It does lifts the colour of the stones and imparts a sheen to them which personally like. What can't comment on is the longevity of this product since I have only just applied it hence the 4 stars, so we will see!Smell:It is water based so has little or no smell.

Brilliant stuff, I've tried several block paving dealers over the years and this gives the best shine and finish. It's the cheapest I found too. Really happy so far but I have only just used it so no idea how long it lasts. So far so good.

I though this item stopped the weeds growing in the gaps of my block paving. It helps limit them, so you need to keep on top when you can. Easy to apply with a sprayer. Seemed to brighten my block paving up, on the big slabs though it did leave a sheen, will have to go over this again. Be wary on over spray on your upvc items, it does come off though with some nail polish remover !

Prep before applying is vital, I sprayed the product on a multi coloured patio goes on milky as described and dried fairly quickly leaving a revitalised patio, pleased so far. Also product was a lot cheaper than competitors.

This item works really well. In some smaller areas I might have to give a 2nd coat but that is probably due to slabs not being totally flat. So it runs down a bit.I used the hosepipe to water some plants and the water stayed as paddles.
