This is a genuine review, not affiliated by buyer. Over the weekend, my printer (epson) decided to all of a sudden to stop printing black. Done multiple head cleans, power cleans, nothing was working. Bought this after watching the tutorial on YouTube, works a treat! Video tutorial is self explanatory, I did however do 2 flushes to be on the safe side. The printer is now printing clearer than ever. Cannot thank you enough, saved me a ton of money!

My old Epsom 247 failed with repeated cleaner cycles, but the cleaner kit brought it back to 100%. Even older 235 had been blocked for a couple of years. Cleaner kit brought it back to life. Although test print shows all nozzles clear, it prints in black, but makes a mess of colour printing, but I’m happy that I can use it to print black. Follow the instructions, watch the video, give yourself plenty of room. Tip: stand the bottle of cleaning fluid in a small jar or similar, it is quite light and easily knocked over, especially when loading syringe. Brilliant product, got my printer going. Glad I found it as I was already looking to buy a new printer. Hope this helps.

Admittedly I had an ancient printer but the solution didn't get through the problem after two trials, completely as per the instruction.I also found that the blotting paper provided (though plenty was inculded) didn't absorb the volume of fluid being pushed through the nozzle leading to overspill even when being very metered with the injection. The actual kit was great everything fit and went to plan; the instruction video was spot on. Just didn't work for me and the print quality didn't change. I'd recommend anyone give it a go before buying a whole new printer just unfortunately didn't work for me.

This revived my Epson WF 2750 printer that had been in storage for over a year. The print heads had dried out and no amount of print head cleaning on the machine would revive them. This kit has done the job, the printer now prints like new again. Its a messy process, and you will burn through a full set of ink cartridges after using this kit, with repetitive print head cleaning, until the printer is back to working normally. It took 12 print head cleaning cycles for me after I had used this kit to flush the prints heads out. I bought some cheap non genuine ink cartridges for this purpose and they worked fine.

The 500ml bottle in the picture is misleading! You only get a small 30ml bottle, which is only mentioned in the product description, buried below all the other details. It should be clearly stated in the main details and "About this item section".

Does the job, took a white as my tubes were clogged but persistence paid off and my printer is as good as new once more.

Liquid bottle is tiny. Only 5 small pieces of blotting paper. Have a stubborn block and used up all material. Ended up making my own solvent/blotting strips, in much larger quantities and less cost.
