Katherine Cobbs is a writer, editor, and culinary professional with twenty years of experience. She has collaborated with country music star Martina McBride on two cookbooks (Around the Table and Martina’s Kitchen Mix), produced books for multiple James Beard Award–winning chefs, and worked with Pulitzer Prize winner and New York Times bestselling author Rick Bragg on My Southern Journey. Outstanding Brilliant Creative Usable Book

I purchased two three different books by this author. She is creative, easy to read, use and o what she writes. She is brilliant author on her subject. No wonder so may chefs rely on her. She writes usable book for great value.

The drinks recipes are innovative and fun. The Blushing Sangria is a new favorite. The way author Cobbs encourages us to try new sips and snacks with things we likely already have on hand is so welcome in these challenging pandemic times. There are many recipes I’ll use again, and some I’m still excited to try. One unusual thing I love about this cookbook is that the illustrations are each frame-worthy!
