I’ve traveled all over Thailand.Rosa’s Thai cafe cookbook is the perfect best of recipe book to get you started.Someone commented that this book isn’t ’authentic’ they don’t know what they’re talking about.Everything you need to get started in wonderful Thai dishes!Just great!

I am glad I bought this book as it contains most of our favourite Thai recipes in very tasty form. The book is attractive to look at but the graphics leave a lot to be desired. Small light black printing on dark red background in the index makes it absolutely impossible to read even with reading glasses. He on earth did this pass scrutiny? Such a pity a great set of recipes though and well worth the money.

Love the Thai street food; Sum tam from cowboy at lunch time is just amazing. Thai cooking in Thailand is soooo good nothing like the Thai restaurants in the UK which really never do Thai food justice. This book will get you closer than any other I've read. and comes from a famous Thai restaurant chain that's also worth a go in the UK as its owners have gone a long way to keep to the originals and not compromise on taste.PS if you go to Bangkok there are also two off the scale Japanese restaurants in Sukhumvit Soi 19. As you enter from Sukhumvit Road one is in an ally on the left and the other 200M up on the right.

What a little gem - delighted with this book. Its just what I wanted. All the print is VERY clear and easy to read, in my copy and the recipes are very easy to follow. I really like the little intoductions that accompany all of the recipes too. I can't wait to get going having read the entire book from cover to cover as soon as it arrived today. Lucky that I live close by a very well stocked Asian market, so will be able to get all the ingrediance that is required through out the book. There are also Thai supermarkets on line that will deliver ingrediance for the people who do not have easy access..Best wishes to the seller, the book arived with in a couple of days of ordering and in crisp, perfect condition.

A big fan of Thai food and been to Thailand a few times. Love having all the best recipes in one book and all authentic. Great book

I find the recipes in this book to be somewhat westernised and not what I was hoping for. I’ll pick something more authentic in future.

Very nice cookbook
I am a sucker for inexpensive international cookbooks. This one is way better than average, in my opinion. It has pictures for many items and clear directions. At the beginning of the book She explains the ingredients clearly which are mostly available nowadays in any decent Asian grocery. For the few which are difficult you could substitute out a similar ingredient. Thai basil isnt holy basil, but would make only a small change to the flavor if the more difficult to find holy basil isnt available. I liked the preface with a short story of her life on how she got to London. Each recipe has a short paragraph describing something about it personal to her.
So simple
So easy to follow and just down so well. The book is very solid
