She's got to have worked her socks off and have a great way with children like me especially when she has such a great imagination.

The first in the series and very enjoyable to read with my 5 year old granddaughter. There are a few black and white sketches throughout so helps keep her interested but she seems to really like the story anyway. We have already purchased the next 3. Be aware that the first book was a slightly different design than the other 3. I think they must of changed the covers a little. It's not too annoying for me but may be if you are putting the set on a shelf and the spine is different.

Considering how many books in this range by Daisy Meadows they are expensive for a child`s book but kids love them and if it gives them an interest in reading then they are worth it!

Lovely to be able to find these cds to give to my daughter for Christmas. They aren't widely available as far as I can see but as my daughter had a couple of the story CDs given to her & wanted others from the collection. Delighted to have found these & not at astronomical prices!

My daughter loves these books and finds them easy to read (she's six). I personally feel that they're not too well written, with lots of repetition and awkward phrasing. The storyline for every book seems pretty much the same and they're very predictable. I guess that doesn't really matter when you're six, but as an adult reading them aloud to her, they're pretty samey!

This was the book that made my 7 year old want to read by herself and made her fall in love with chapter books, and the first book my 5 year old wanted to read once she finished her reading curriculum. We've read many of the Rainbow Fairy books and are so glad there are 200+ - my girls are tearing through them like little bookworms. They can't get enough. Thanks!
