Should athletes be taking collagen supplements? How about creatine, Vitamin D, cherry or beetroot? How is fuelling different at altitude? All of those and a feckton more key questions are answered in @r_mcgregor's ruddy bloody ace new book.' – ultrarunner Damian Hall
The book is logically written which I love and starts with “What type of runner are you taking into account everything in your life, not just the running. I’ve always thought that this is incredibly important.' – Nicky Spinks, long-distance runner
This book will become your bible when it comes to all things nutrition.' – Ashleigh Spiliopoulou, Marie Claire
In stark contrast to the shallows of social media, Fuel for Thought is approachable and deeply informative, brushing aside toxic diet culture and empowering readers to rethink their approach to nutrition. A must-read for anyone who wants to perform well while maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.' – Greg Hackett, LoveReading
