I bought this after seeing Nisha on Saturday Kitchen, there are so many recipes I want to make. Yesturday I made butter chicken spheres but using lamb mince. Tonight I made Sri Lankan masala chicken tray bake with the cumin and cardamom rice and coconut sambal. Both recipes were delicious and would be amazing for a dinner party. I think I will be using this book time and time again!

Love this book! It’s a beautiful book there is so much I want to make from it - I’ve only managed to make the whipped feta roasted carrot & chickpea salad which went down really well at our recent bbq - looking forward to trying more dishes!

One of the best written cook books ever. I’ve already tried a few of the recipes with Goan Salmon Curry bookmarked.The recipes are easy to follow, recipes for all occasions (even under 10 minutes - last minute guest section😂) and the results, for not the best 🧑🍳 are amazing!Thank you Nisha!

I was given this book as a gift. As a foodie, Nisha Parmar is someone I have followed on social media for a long time, where she shares the meals she cooks for private supper parties for the rich and famous or any one lucky to book her for a private meal. As she shares her pictures online, you are intrigued by the creative meals she serves. So it's great to get to get this gorgeous book. Just what you need if your are looking for new recipes and ideas that will blow the socks off your dinner party guest or even just for yourself. She almost rewrites the Indian party cookbook, such is the innovation. Recipes that jump out are Butter chicken sphere, Red Thai dal, Banoffee pie dumplings, and many more that I would just be reciting the index! I love that there is a marriage of flavours of Indian, Thai, Korean, Turkish, so a joy if you really love a food adventure, and this one you will really enjoy, well done Nisha! Outstanding!

Loved this cookbook. It’s simple to follow and most importantly the recipes are divine. Highly recommend purchasing this. Don’t think about it, just do it!
What a Great Book
What a great book. I thought it may be good after reading the blurb about it but it surpassed my expectations. I have only just got it so have yet to cook from it but I can honestly say there is very very little if at all that I do not want to cook. Love it. What a great find to add to my collection.It is the perfect book to use when you entertain friends but I am not even waiting for that. I am using it just for us. If the food tastes as good as it looks it is a definite winner.
