Fantastic recipes for people on a low carb diet. Sadly does not give a break down of % of carbs including sugars, protein, fat and calorie count. Apart from this issue it is a great book.

What a great cookbook on pulses. It arrived yesterday and I have looked through it 3 times already and there is not a recipe that I would not try, all look great and practical. I have already worked out my long weekend menu of pot roast chicken with borlotti beans, hot smoked salmon, beetroot and lentil salad, the roasted carrots lentil and grape salad and the chorizo and black bean rice. I also like that it has some sweet recipes and I will certainly try the Fudge-y black bean chocolate sheet cake on family and visitors.
