5.0 out of 5 stars If you love Laska like me, get this book!

Laksa might be one of my favorite foods. I lived in Sydney for many years and got to enjoy the culinary journeys through one of the biggest China towns and food halls. There was one lady making a Thai green curry Laksa that was so amazing that I had to learn to prepare the paste myself. After a lot of trial and fail, I have my recipe and love it. I opened this book and see the green Laska recipe and see how authentic this recipe is. I can’t wait to cook some of the other soups. I’m off to my Asia market tomorrow and buy the ingredients. I know in some places some of the ingredients are hard to come by, but you can pre-make the paste and keep in the freezer and use when needed. Also my Graphic Designer heart beats faster with the lovely cover design.
