Timeless Classic

A fantastic book that is:1) Concise & Efficient (≈100 pages)2) Packed with knowledge (that has stood the test of time)3) Definitely worth a read, especially for Managers / Industrial EngineersFrederick Taylor's approach to management was so popular in the 20th Century that it even received its own name: "Taylorism". I think everyone should give this book a shot - just be mindful of the slightly dated language, and you'll be very happy you picked this book up!

Also unbedingt das Original lesen!

A classic in management

Simply the very basic in a management. Not only "managers by definition" but anybody who wants to establish a good time management and successfully manage project should read this book. Please note that the book was firstly published in 1911. Hence some statements, mainly those concerning status of women and child labor, are outdated and very often unacceptable in nowadays society. However, do not be prejudiced and consider the book, besides its main topic, as a historical document.
