Fantastic educational book
This book is very scientific, so, if you are willing to learn, or have a scientific background, or a medical background, this book will be great! There are no recipes, which is also wonderful because there are millions of books with recipes. There are facts and a wealth of knowledge, it is written, clearly and concisely organized. It basically gives you an idea of what to eat, what not to eat, what, supplements to take, what things to avoid. There are some inconsistencies however, because it’s great to eat apples however, most of them were covered in wax, which is terrible for the liver. So eating an apple with the skin on it, you get the wax, which is bad however, the skin is great for the nutrients. I read the book in under a week because I was just diagnosed with fatty liver disease, and by reducing the amount of Processed foods and undesirable fats and sugars. My FLD has Become a completely mild case in just six weeks. I recommend this book for anyone who needs to know how to save their lives.
Damage
The cover arrived with a 1.5 inch tear on the back. However I do not want the hassle of returning it. It's minor, but should not have been sent this way.
