Probably the most beautiful bible I have ever held, leather is immaculate and the writing is extremely clear. Even has Jesus's words in red text.

This is a beautiful book in every sense. A bible is a bible, but the makers have produced something that would be kept a lifetime and passed on through the generations. It is just the right size to read, unlike those huge, heavy ones found, because the pages are very thin. Because of this, I don't think it's something to be handled by children; it's obvious that it's for adults and as long as it's treated with care and respect it should give pleasure for many years. I wanted a Bible that I would always keep for its beauty as well as for the information within, and that's exactly what I got with this. I'm extremely pleased with it.

Holy Bible: English Standard Version (ESV)No translation of the Bible can be perfect but, in my view, the ESV at present leads the field for accuracy and readability. The Crossway editions have clear print and are beautifully produced. This will be a constant companion until something better comes along!

What can you say about the good book. Very nice cover feels real quality the only problem for me is the size of the print But I should have checked that more before buying

Well this Bible in my thoughts is amazing. I don't know about you but I have really sweaty hands and get caught in the rain alot (Thank you Scotland) but the leather on this is so much better than a paper back or a hard back copy and is also easy to clean aswell and because it is leather the water wont damage it. The maps inside are brilliant also, it has a nice small concordance at the back. I use this for everything it is just perfect for me thin, sweaty hand resistant, words of Jesus in red, and a simple translation that I can understand without having to read it about ten times. In all this Bible is fantastic and im really glad I bought it.

I’ll start by saying, this review applies to this particular edition and has nothing to do with the content.Unfortunately about half of the pages are stuck together at the edges, which makes reading this Bible frustrating. I didn’t have this problem with one of the gilded KJV ones.I have great respect for this book (like so many others) and want to preserve it in mint condition as well as absorb the material without distractions such as mentioned before.I wouldn’t recommend it to individuals who would get irritated by it, like myself. The paper’s so thin that you, not only run the risk of, but eventually will crease some pages just by trying to separate them.I’m sorry, but it’s just not good enough, considering the premium pricing and availability of the material online. I wish I had more good to say...Thanks

I saw a review criticizing the thinness of the pages, and that you could see the letter behind the next page, but if you've owned any quality bible over the years, you'll know that this is pretty common. This bible is nice, with clearly readable text, a nice durable outside cover, and relatively lightweight. It's a great intro bible with no outside study material, came well packaged.

This ESV bonded-leather Bible is a tremendous value. Top-quality Bible paper, gilded edges, presentation page, family register (marriages/births/deaths), along with concordance and maps make this a really good choice either for gift-giving, or for presentation at church. I purchased five of them to give to new members when they make their faith professions before the congregation, and I am very pleased to see that Crossway is still producing the same top-quality thinlines. These books are made to last! I only wish they still made them in burgundy! But that's a minor point. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a durable Bible with a sewn binding.

You won't be upset you got it! It's the Perfect Size.

I love the look and feel of this Bible. I wanted a smaller, more compact Bible for when I teach my students and this one fit the bill perfectly. The cover is bonded leather but has a nice feel to it and is soft to the touch. The pages are clear and clean and the edging is a nice touch. I am so thankful I got this one.

This bible is very nice. The cover feels very durable and good quality and the size is perfect for everyday use. The only bad thing is that the paper is pretty thin, but not thinner than normal bible paper. If you want to take notes in it or highlight, it will probably show through to the other side.

Great affordable option that’s portable, too!

Great affordable Bible with a beautiful look. Text is readable and the build of the Bible feels like it will last a long time. Super portable, too. Fits decently sized bags and larger. (iPad mini pictured for scale.) Lies flat on my desk as well, which is a plus. Very excited for future use. Very thankful to have it. God bless. :)
